Terms of Service

    Last updated: 8 July 2026

These terms govern your use of ezye.com.au, our free guides, and the Ember content platform operated by EZYE Consulting (EZYE, we, us). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you are using Ember on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

    The service

EZYE provides free educational guides, a marketing site, and Ember: a subscription platform for planning, writing, researching, and publishing content, including AI-assisted generation, research feeds, visual and carousel tools, and hosted guide pages that capture leads for your business.

The service evolves quickly. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give you notice.

    Accounts

Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Accounts are for your business and team members you invite, not for resale.

    Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, or attempt to access other customers' data. Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the platform.

If you collect leads through hosted guide pages, you are responsible for having the right to email those people and for complying with the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you. Ember gives you the tooling; the sending relationship is yours.

    Your content and data

Everything you create or upload stays yours: scripts, transcripts, brand assets, leads, and published guides. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service, including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers named in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you publish through the service, including making sure you have the rights to any material you upload or reference.

    AI output

Parts of the service generate content with AI. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. Review everything before you publish it or rely on it. You are responsible for what you publish.

    Third-party keys and integrations

Some features run on API keys you bring (for example AI, research, or image providers). Usage on those keys is billed to you by that provider under their terms, and you are responsible for keeping the keys valid and within their usage policies.

    Fees

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown when you subscribe. We may change pricing with notice before your next billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

    Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for third-party providers the service depends on. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

    Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including any consumer guarantees that apply to you.

    Termination

You can stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will, on request, give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it is deleted.

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes for paid accounts will be notified by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
