Privacy Policy

Guides and waitlists: when you unlock a guide or join a waitlist we collect your name and email address so we can deliver the guide and send you related emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Ember accounts: when you use the Ember platform we store your account email, your workspace settings (brand details, team members, integrations you connect), and the content you create or import (scripts, transcripts, captions, research data, media links).

Site analytics: we use Google Tag Manager and similar tools to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This may set cookies in your browser.

We do not collect payment card details directly. If and when payments are taken, they are handled by a payment processor and we only see the transaction status.

Ember lets its customers publish their own branded guide pages that collect names and emails from their audience. If you entered your details on a page branded with another business's name, that business is the owner of your data and decides how it is used. EZYE stores it on their behalf.

To access or delete details you submitted on a customer's page, contact that business first. You can also email us and we will pass the request on or action it directly where we can.

To deliver the guides, emails, and product features you asked for; to operate, secure, and improve the service; to respond when you contact us; and to send occasional emails about what we are building. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

We use a small set of service providers to run the platform: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics, and Drive where a workspace connects it), Anthropic and other AI providers (processing the content you submit to generate scripts, captions, and similar output), and Apify (retrieving publicly available social media data for research features).

These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Content you submit to Ember's writing and research features (briefs, scripts, transcripts, brand details) is sent to AI providers to generate the output you requested. We do not use your content to train models of our own.

We keep your information while your account or subscription is active, or while you remain on our email list. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately. If you want your account, your leads, or your details removed entirely, email us and we will delete them within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep them.

Data is stored with access controls that limit each workspace to its own records, transmitted over encrypted connections, and backed up regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email admin@ezye.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour them.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes affecting Ember accounts, notify you by email.
