What does EZYE actually do?

We're an AI automation and consulting company. We map how your business actually runs, put a dollar figure on the time and money leaking out of it, then build the systems that stop it. Usually on software you're already paying for. That covers workflow design, connecting the tools you already own, automation and AI builds, and training your team to run it all without us. Done for you, end to end.

What happens on the free strategy session?

30 minutes, no pitch. We hear how you operate and tell you straight whether there's anything worth fixing. If there isn't, we say so and you've lost half an hour. Come as you are. No prep needed, though if you know your most annoying weekly task, bring that. It's usually the thread that unravels the rest.

Businesses doing $1M and up. Mostly trades and construction subcontractors, manufacturers, and logistics operators. We also work across e-commerce and professional services. Who is EZYE NOT for?

Honest answer: businesses under $1M, solopreneurs just starting out, and anyone shopping for the cheapest quote. We're rarely the cheapest. Also not for anyone who wants a tool installed with no change to how the work runs. Tech on top of a broken process just breaks faster. And we don't build AI that talks to your customers with nobody checking it.

How much does it cost?

Honest answer: we can't give you a number yet, and we wouldn't trust one from anyone who could. What we build depends entirely on what we find in your operation, and no two businesses leak in the same places. You know this better than anyone. You wouldn't price a job off a two-line email. You'd walk the site first. Same here. That's what the free strategy session is for: 30 minutes and you walk out knowing what the problem is actually costing you and what fixing it would take.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because a price list would either overcharge a simple operation or under-scope a complex one. Every engagement is priced per milestone after we've mapped how you actually run. Per-milestone means you know what each stage costs before it starts, and you approve each one as it lands. Nothing is a blank cheque.

Do you discount?

Accepted Answer

No. The scope is priced to what the work is worth, and the first call is free. If the numbers don't stack up for your business, we'd rather tell you that on the strategy session than discount our way into work that doesn't pay for itself.

What's your process?

Five steps: a free strategy session, an operations audit that maps every workflow and costs every leak, a per-milestone scope, the build, then training and handover. The audit gives you a written roadmap you own whether or not you build with us. During the build you get a named delivery lead, a weekly meeting, and a live dashboard so you're never chasing status.

How long does it take?

The mapping runs one to two weeks. Build timelines depend on scope, and we scope them properly before you commit to anything. From published work: a stock, job costing and fleet tracking system took 9 weeks. One manufacturer had three AI systems live in 4 months. Another saw their first win inside month one.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most businesses are already paying for capability they never switched on, and that's the first place we look. One published result: a $30M trades group got stock control, job costing and fleet tracking built entirely on software they already owned. If something new is genuinely needed, we tell you before you buy it, and it stays yours.

Who actually does the work?

A named delivery lead owns your account and runs the weekly meeting, with a build team behind them. Our founder Divjot stays reachable, but he's not who you chase for a status update, and that's on purpose. You get the people building it, not a salesperson relaying messages.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're based in Australia and work with clients globally, fully remote. Weekly meetings across time zones, async updates, video walkthroughs, and full written documentation so nothing is lost after handover. It runs the same way even for clients down the road.

Can you work with our existing platform?

Accepted Answer

Almost certainly, and that's usually the better path. We'd rather build on what you already own than sell you something new. Tell us what you're running on the strategy session and we'll tell you straight whether it can carry the load or whether it's the thing holding you back. That's a two-minute answer on a call.

Is AI going to email or call our customers without us knowing?

No. A human on your team approves anything that goes out. That's not a setting we turn on for nervous clients, it's how we build. A manufacturer we work with runs an AI receptionist and outbound voice campaigns. Their team still approves everything. You keep control of what your customers hear, we just stop it taking all day.

Systems that run the boring half of the business: quoting, stock, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, monitoring, and phones.
