Step 1 — Clone and Configure MiroFish

MiroFish is the original engine — MiroShark is the English fork with Claude Code built in

Go to github.com/aaronjmars/MiroShark and copy the repo URL

Open Claude Code and paste: 'Clone this repo and set it up'

Set LLM_PROVIDER=claude-code in your .env
Step 2 — Start Neo4j (Agent Memory)

Run the Docker command to spin up Neo4j locally

Visit http://localhost:7474 to confirm it's running
